Die Partei Liga+, die einzige Partei in Deutschland, welche für die traditionelle Familie steht, leitet in der neuen Legislaturperiode des EU-Parlamentes gemeinsam und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verein für Menschenrechte “AEBS.org” ein weiteres Petitionsverfahren ein. Bereits im Jahr 2021 wurde durch den Verein “AEBS.org” ein Petitionsverfahren eingeleitet. Dieses wurde letztes Jahr durch den PETI-Ausschuss des EU-Parlamentes und gegen die Kinder entschieden. Daher ist es jetzt besonders wichtig, dass alle Eltern aus den EU-Mitgliedsstaaten sich an der Petition beteiligen um gemeinsam gegen die Menschenrechtsverletzungen der jeweiligen Kinderschutzbehörden vorzugehen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie bis zu vier klare Menschenrechtsverletzungen bzw. andere Verletzungen eintragen können. Laden Sie bitte für jede Verletzung auch die entsprechenden Beweise im PDF-Format hoch. Sollten Sie mehr als vier Verletzungen haben, reichen Sie diese bitte nach, wenn Sie von uns per E-Mail eine Registriernummer erhalten.
Alle in diesem Formular eingetragenen Fälle werden Anfang Oktober 2024 dem Petitionsausschuss des EU-Parlaments gemeldet.”

Partidul Liga+, singurul partid din Germania care susține familia tradițională, lansează o nouă procedură de petiție în noua perioadă legislativă a Parlamentului UE, împreună cu asociația pentru drepturile omului “AEBS.org”. AEBS.org a inițiat deja o procedură de petiție în 2021. Acest lucru a fost decis anul trecut de către Comisia PETI a Parlamentului UE și împotriva copiilor. Prin urmare, acum este deosebit de important ca toți părinții din statele membre ale UE să ia parte la petiție pentru a lua măsuri comune împotriva încălcărilor drepturilor omului comise de autoritățile respective de protecție a copilului.
Vă rugăm să rețineți că puteți introduce până la patru încălcări clare ale drepturilor omului sau alte încălcări. Pentru fiecare încălcare, vă rugăm să încărcați și dovezile corespunzătoare în format PDF. Dacă aveți mai mult de patru încălcări, vă rugăm să le transmiteți atunci când primiți un număr de înregistrare de la noi prin e-mail.

The Liga+ party, the only party in Germany that stands for the traditional family, is initiating another petition process in the new legislative period of the EU Parliament together with the human rights association “AEBS.org”. AEBS.org already initiated a petition process in 2021. This was decided last year by the PETI Committee of the EU Parliament and against the children. Therefore, it is now particularly important that all parents from the EU member states participate in the petition in order to take joint action against the human rights violations of the respective child protection authorities.
Please note that you can enter up to four clear human rights violations or other violations. For each violation, please also upload the relevant evidence in PDF format. If you have more than four violations, please submit them when you receive a registration number from us by e-mail.
All cases registered in this form will be reported to the EU Parliament’s Petitions Committee in early October 2024.”

“Drodzy rodzice,
Partia Liga+, jedyna partia w Niemczech, która opowiada się za tradycyjną rodziną, wraz ze stowarzyszeniem praw człowieka “AEBS.org” rozpoczyna kolejny proces składania petycji w nowej kadencji Parlamentu Europejskiego. AEBS.org zainicjowało już proces składania petycji w 2021 roku. Decyzja w tej sprawie została podjęta w ubiegłym roku przez Komisję PETI Parlamentu Europejskiego i była skierowana przeciwko dzieciom. Dlatego teraz szczególnie ważne jest, aby wszyscy rodzice z państw członkowskich UE wzięli udział w petycji w celu podjęcia wspólnych działań przeciwko łamaniu praw człowieka przez odpowiednie organy ochrony dzieci.
Należy pamiętać, że można wprowadzić do czterech wyraźnych naruszeń praw człowieka lub innych naruszeń. Dla każdego naruszenia należy również przesłać odpowiednie dowody w formacie PDF. Jeśli masz więcej niż cztery naruszenia, prześlij je, gdy otrzymasz od nas numer rejestracyjny pocztą elektroniczną.
Wszystkie sprawy zarejestrowane w tym formularzu zostaną zgłoszone do Komisji Petycji Parlamentu Europejskiego na początku października 2024 r.”.
